Voice Interface Worldwide Fax Server
Developed and implemented the VUI. Software development, training materials, voice scripting, TTS and voice-over.

Audiofile Voice Response System
One of industry's first IVR solutions, and the first solution based on Microsoft Windows operating system. Provided full messaging integration of email, voice mail, telephony and data systems. Using Voice Recognition, Text to Speech, TELCO Integration, AudioFile provides a single simple, cost effective communications platform.

Dealer Locater/Warranty Validation
Designed and developed system to verify warranty coverage and provide repair center location based on phone number or zipcode.

Emergency Notification System
Designed and integrated a notification system that integrated with Active Directory to provide emergency notifications in disaster situations. Notifications were sent via telephone call, email and text messaging. Employees registered communication channels through a web interface. Notification groups were built 'on the fly' from Active Directory information and in internal database. Notifications are initiated from web interface. Custom manuals and training courses created for both end users and notification managers.

Technician Dispatch
Integrated voice front end to dispatch system. Used by technicians to verify warranties order parts, update repair tickets and obtain next stop location information. Integrated IBM mainframe, Active Directory, Text to Speech and Voice Recognition into a unified data access platform.

Remote Security Camera Control
Security console to connect to multiple remote security cameras. Cameras could be set up in a round-robin fashion with manual override. Full camera pan, tilt and zoom supported. Camera order, time shown, pan scheduled based on time of day, day of week or user.
